A Celebration of Life in a place that feels right

Many bereaved who are planning a funeral are opting for a direct service but often feel they need another place or time to share their loss with others at a later time. Having a Celebration of Life to share a loved one's story at a venue that is more in keeping with the family, or person who has died, can bring a positive dimension to dealing with loss. Choosing a time that suits them and ensuring those who want to be there can attend, and having flexibility on length of ceremony are just some of the benefits of creating this type of ceremony.

Having worked as a celebrant for over 13 years and working with many families and couples over the years I have conducted ceremonies in a variety of venues including private woodland, beaches, residential gardens, boats, hotels, glamping sites, church halls and more traditional sites such as crematoriums , natural burial sites and churches.
